Modern Electrical Wiring and Power Distribution

Our electrical engineers employed THHN/THWN insulated copper wiring, ensuring high conductivity and heat resistance, suitable for both wet and dry environments. Each apartment was supplied via individual 63A, 3-phase distribution boards with residual current devices (RCD) and miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) for enhanced protection.

We also installed energy-efficient LED lighting using smart dimmers and motion sensors to optimize energy use in common areas. Electrical sockets are fitted with child-proof shutters to enhance safety.

Backup Power and Safety Features

• An automatic transfer switch (ATS) rated for 100kVA to transition power to an onsite diesel generator seamlessly.
• Provision for solar inverter integration with wiring conduits in place for future renewable energy upgrades.
• Comprehensive earthing system implemented with copper earth rods and a ground resistance of less than 5 ohms to safeguard against electrical faults.
• Installation of Type C and D surge protection devices (SPDs) on incoming power lines to shield against voltage spikes.

CCTV and Security Systems

Comprehensive Surveillance Installation

The security solution comprises 4K Ultra HD IP cameras with H.265 compression for efficient video storage and streaming. Cameras are equipped with wide dynamic range (WDR) and infrared night vision up to 30 meters.

The Network Video Recorder (NVR) has RAID 5 storage with 24TB capacity, ensuring video redundancy and preventing data loss. The system supports ONVIF protocol, allowing integration with third-party devices and future scalability.

Remote access is enabled via end-to-end encrypted mobile applications, with role-based access controls for residents and security staff.

Wastewater is handled via PVC drainage pipes with proper venting to prevent sewer gas buildup. Rainwater harvesting tanks of 10,000 liters were installed, connected to filtration units for non-potable uses such as gardening and cleaning.

Sanitary Fixtures and Maintenance Provisions

High-quality water-saving dual flush toilets and sensor-activated faucets were installed to conserve water. Plumbing chases were designed for easy access, allowing maintenance without damaging walls or finishes.

The electrical and plumbing layouts were generated using AutoCAD MEP software, allowing precise coordination with architectural plans and avoiding clashes with structural elements.
