Green Haven Estate is a residential development in Wakiso where we delivered end-to-end building solutions for a cluster of family homes and shared outdoor amenities. The project combined robust structural construction, high-quality interior finishes, sustainable landscaping, and a reliable borehole water system to serve residents.
Scope of Work
Challenges
- Variable soil conditions across the site required tailored foundation solutions.

Our Solution
- Conducted detailed site and soil surveys, then designed reinforced slab and strip foundations to suit each plot.
- Implemented an integrated construction schedule with simultaneous workstreams (structure, MEP, finishes) to shorten delivery time without compromising quality.
- Installed a deep borehole with a high-capacity submersible pump, filtration, and a communal storage system to guarantee reliable clean water.
- Delivered interior finishes using durable, locally sourced materials and custom cabinetry designed for durability and aesthetics.
- Applied landscape design principles to create low-maintenance, water-wise gardens that enhance curb appeal and resident comfort.
